What we do

PREMO Ai answers a business’s WhatsApp for them — in the customer’s own language, from the business’s own price list and knowledge, at whatever hour the message arrives.

It connects to a number the business already uses, the same way WhatsApp Web does. Nothing is installed and no new SIM is needed.

Why we built it

We run a photography studio. Enquiries arrive at midnight, on a Sunday, in three languages, and the ones that wait until Monday are usually gone by Monday. We built this for that problem and used it on our own business before selling it to anyone else — the account answering our customers is the same software you would be subscribing to.
