Will my number get banned?
Answering people who wrote to you first is safe at almost any volume — it is bulk messaging to strangers that gets numbers restricted, and that is capped and paced automatically here. Use a number you have had for a while, with real chats and saved contacts. A brand new SIM plugged straight into automation is the one thing that reliably goes wrong, and we will tell you so before you connect it.
Does it sound like a robot?
It answers only from what you gave it, in the language the customer wrote in, at a human pace with a typing indicator. It never claims to be an AI and never invents a fact you did not provide. If it does not know, it says it will check and passes the question to you.
What does it cost to run?

Is this only for property?
No. Property is where it started and where the deepest tools are, but the inbox, the AI, the calendar and the team features are the same for a photographer, a car dealer or an insurance agent. Property-only features are switched off for other trades so nobody sees a loan calculator they will never use.
